The complex is located in a peninsula, with the reputation of being the greenest area on the island of Crete. It is built at the edge of a village, known to have been prosperous since the 18th century. They are all equipped with kitchen fittings and wardrobes, which, together with the doors and windows, are tailor-made by local carpenters, who used first class, solid wood to make them. In addition, 11 units are fully furnished.
